Tried to use service and wont let me down. Load money! Really annoying.! Cant g get any ssistance! But this is what Facilities offer ! It's not fair when the facility is making money off such a *** service and no other option User's recommendation: Comp li aunt to the state of neb and maybe the service may chsnge.
