Long story short I am on military duty in military housing and that still wont allow me to cancel this contract with Protect America. I have 11 months left on my contract and I was told I am basically stuck because they do service where I am on duty. I advised I am in military housing so the alarm system is not needed. The "manager" told me he could give me the next months for $10 and that is all he can do! Really!!?? You expect me to pay for service that I will not be using because I do not even live at that property anymore. This company has not compassion and they are all about the dollar it does not matter what the situation is. It seems even if a person dies that contract will hold them until it is paid in full and the the 36 months has ended! Life happens and no one can predict the future and the company needs to understand that. Especially if you are in the military. HHMMM I wonder if I would still be held to the contract if I was deployed overseas!! I have started my journey of filing complaints and sadly to say if I have to I will get legal involved. If you are considering service with this company please please please do not do it!!!
