Won’t Activate my Nitro 8 License

I'm trying to activate my Nitro 8 license. I get an error and it prompts me to put in my license information which I do. It then prompts me to deactivate the license on other computers which I can't because it shows no other computers have active licenses so I'm stuck. Been waiting on this for a while now. Please help! No support number to call so I'm stuck with a license we've paid for that doesn't work...
