Won’t accept return on brand new, still in packaging ‘spare parts’
Not even out of the packaging, but they won't accept a return on the housings for my thule box because... 'that's their policy'. This is not a company I wish to do business with, that's for sure. I'm quite sure that I need that $60 I spent more than Thule needs it. I'd like to understand their justification for that policy. I filled out their return form and submitted it, and shortly heard back from someone saying the return policy stated they didn't accept returns on spare parts. I'd read the return policy but obviously hadn't studied it in enough detail, and didn't equate those housings with 'spare parts' They have lost me forever as a customer, that's for sure. Yakima...or anyone other than Thule...here I come!
