I had ordered Hydroxatone wrinkle cream the trial order, first I did not receive the order then they charged my credit card 69.95. I still have not received any of the product and I have 2 more charges on my credit card for 69.95 for a total of 209.85. I phoned them to inform them of all these charges and they said it was for the products that were shipped BUT I DID NOT receive any of these so called orders. I asked them to cancel and remove me from their system and on June 26th they took another 69.95, HOW DO YOU STOP THESE PEOPLE ?????? I contacted them again and they said they have cancelled any further orders and will not refund me because they say that is what i owe, how can i owe for products i haven't received?? They will not refund my money they said my account is closed, I am really considering of taking legal action against them.. they say they take customer cars seriously but that is FALSE advertising there...
