Won’t service any camper unless they sell it

In March, 2019, we had several repairs made to our 6 year old 5th wheel trailer. We paid around $4,000 for all the repairs - reasonable price for what was done. On a trip this month, our automatic leveling system became inoperable (had not been on scope of work in March). We called to arrange an appointment for repair/replacement only to be told that they were now limiting repairs and services to trailers they sold. Our trailer was purchased at a dealership both of Richmond, VA (the area where we lived at the time) so it is logistically a nightmare to return there. We were able to get the needed repair done, but discovered during the process that the cause of the failure was due to a screw being drilled into a crucial element of the leveling system during the repairs in March. Moral of the story, don’t expect help from these people if you don’t purchase there and don’t expect any help when they create other problems.
