I ordered these Sandals off my phone on their website: newchic.com since it was ordered on my phone I did not get a receipt. When I went on their website today 11-18-2020 from my office computer; the sandals were no longer there; so I went back on my phone to newchic.com and there they were. All I know is the price I paid was $20.18 plus whatever shipping charges & taxes. With no receipt, I can't even tell you the order number. They were ordered either the end of October or the beginning of November? I received the sandals today 11-18-2020 but I was dissatisfied with the way they fit & therefore I can not ware them. I would like a refund & I am going to ship them back to where they shipped from: LAX Center #[protected] Dayton Drive #3018 Rancho Cucamonga, California 91730 I would appreciate my refund for at least the $20.18 thank you in advance.
