Just a heads up on an incident that happened to me, with Betway. Withdrew £20 from my account, only to find that it had actually been debited from my account. So making an overall loss of £40. Emailed them, had various replies from it's been payed, go to the bank and ask what a minus and DEB means next to the so called withdrawal, send us a bank statement etc etc. They have not corrected the problem and have stopped emailing me.
