Withdraw after winning

So I have been lucky enough to win a few races and each time I go to withdraw my winnings and transfer back to my bank account there is a message that says I cannot because there are open deposits greater then the withdraw amount..not true.They are trying to make you play more by holding your money . I closed my account and moved on.
