There are so many reviews of Edge available, I regret not reading a few. Our experience mirrors so many others. First, our ant issue was not resolved, but made worse. We had an "explosion" of ants instead of the one or two that were getting in. We finally got spray at Home Depot and took care of the problem in one day. Second, the scheduling tactics are most aggressive. They show up when they want and then say, "we sent an email," (which I did not find). When I told them I did not want them back on my property, they said they would see me at 2 on Tuesday. Fortunately, we have a fenced property, and they could not force their way onto our property. I did not give permission to remove funds from our account, but they claim that I did. So, third, they are not honest. These business tactics are documented everywhere. I highly recommend not using this company.
