I had initiated a wire transfer through bookmyforex website. I had uploaded all documents and had done full payment for 425000/- to do a wire transfer of 8000 CAD to our Nova Scotia Canadian bank account. The forex order number is FX164618548859. On bookmyforex website, it said that the order has been completed. However on 30th july, i received an email from Scotiabank stating that the wire transfer was not accepted as it came from a money exchange service or money exchange house. It has been 5 working days and i have not yet received my refund for this order as the wire transfer has not completed succesfully. I just been getting emails from bookmyforex representatives stating that they are working on it but no confirmation email with the refund initiated. Please look into this ASAP.
