I'm so sorry for everyone else's bad experience, but mine was quite the opposite. I was called in as well for an interview, and yes it was with a room full of people. Then we were called in one by one for an interview. I was called in by Mr. Wingate. The interview went well and he was very nice. I ended up going with another compay, but my experience at the Wingate Agency in Arlington, Tx was very pleasant. I don't know why the others are so angry. Please use your own judgement if you have been called for an interview.
