We have an RV that has the wineguard traveler for Directv in it. In trying to get in contact with Wineguard we were put on hold by customer service for an hour one day. Attempted again the next day and were put in hold by customer service for 1.5 hours before we gave up. Very frustrating. It seems Wineguard really does not care about the customer. Ultimately we called The Satellie Guy in Michigan and got all our questions answered. Very helpful, knowledgeable customer service. User's recommendation: Wineguard no!
