I am a restaurant owner and my wife and I own a restaurant in NJ, we were called by this woman named GAIL GERSON WITTE and she had stated she worked for the APP and Daily News. We were thrilled to have the paper come and do a a review of our restaurant. She had shown up with at least 5 people stating they were reporters from other newspapers. After finding out this was going to cost me money I was a little taken back, but she reassured me that my restaurant was selected by the paper. To make a long story short none of it was true this woman does not work for any of these papers and the people that she had brought with her were not reporters from newspaper (not sure who they were). It was a total SCAM so to all the restaurant owners out there if this woman calls you....BEWARE ITS A SCAM!!!!
