I purchased a TV box it came defective so I attempted to get a new one or a refund. There customer service rep " Steven" lol is quite uncooperative. they offered a partial refund or I can pay the shipping and they will repair it and ship it back. Well this is Canada and shipping would be half the cost of the unit, what is the sense! BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
