Even though I followed the size chart, the sweater I received was 3 sizes too big and there was no size tag in the sweater (or any tag at all). I actually liked the sweater, it was just too big. I am keeping the 2nd sweater I ordered. I contacted them via email 3 times, via FB messenger and left a comment on their FB page. I have received no response. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
