Will not refund purchase price after i returned product.

Do noTheir website stated if we were no satisfied with our purchase a refund would be made. I ordered the product in early April and promptly returned the product because of very poor quality. I paid the return shipping charge thru ups and received verification of the product being received at their warehouse. The still will not refund my money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CROOKS! User's recommendation: Do not buy anything from ninacloak!
