Will not refund money back and no product delivered.

Ordered a chest freezer in July 2020. Kept getting the run around that it will be delivered. Company already charged my account and no merchandise. When ordered the product they stated they would not charge my account until I had received the merchandise. I called numerous times to get a refund and customer service told me it would take three to seven business days for my refund and will send an email. Happened three times. No email and no refund. User's recommendation: Never.
