Will not refund me for almost one year for a flight that they cancelled.

Please be informed that we can submit your refund request to the Airline, however, we cannot guarantee until the refund is received from airlines to us. Once received we will process a refund to your card. Refund time frame will take 1-2 months only when we receive a refund. Kindly confirm to proceed. But still have not received my money.
