Will not pay off lien holder

Vroom completed the purchase of my sons car on 6-2-2021. They have not paid off the lien holder and now we are having to pay a monthly car payment for a car we now longer have. Basically they took it under false pretenses. Now its for sale and we still owe for it!! User's recommendation: DO NOT EVER USE VROOM111.
