I called them to be sure we were eligible for the bonus, and they assured me I was. Now, a year later they tell me I am not eligible, and they will do nothing about it. Plus they said it would pay 1.80 percent, it only paid 1% Put your money in Chase. They are an honest bank. Keep away from Capital One User's recommendation: Put your money in Chase. An honest bank.
