I sent my swiss army knife to be repaired, they advertise lifetime warenty. repair or replace, they sent me letter stating my knife was vintage / or disconued , and only a 30% discount on a new knife my order number0000060181-1, they are not doing repair/replace. AVOID THIS RIPPOFF JOINT , please avoid this rippoff joint, their word is no good, I wish more people would take time to report this type of rip off , I do not think I am the only person , this has happened to, 30 % discount is about normal mark upp , I think they should repair or replace with something close as what I sent to them, I did pay shipping on sending my knife to them , and inclosed another check to send back my knife
