This place is ridiculous they aren’t willing to help with anything. I asked if I could be assisted with refinancing not asking for more money but because I’m going through a divorce they are unwilling to help. All I asked was to lower my payments somehow but no. I made a huge mistake going through them I regret it more than anything. It’s my fault but wanted to vent.
