Will not give refund after they stated they would

Back in early Sept 2020 after speaking to Sales Rep I decided to purchase a hood deflector for my vehicle. Once received I tried to install, but the holes did not line up. I immediately contacted Carid and informed them of the situation, I was told they would get back to me, after a week I called again and given the same story. Finally after a month I was given authorization to return item which was received on 10/12/2020. I contacted Caruso 3xs and each time was told credit was being processed. On 11/4/2020 I was informed by Leah that item was damaged and they could not give me a credit. After almost a month they tell me the item was damaged, I find that very hard to believe. As they say the fish stinks from the head down User's recommendation: Stay away from this firm they do not walk their tslk.
