To whom it may concern, Received my 128 GB Photo stick Mobile today. Will not work on my Samsung s10 smart phone (Android) I down loaded the app without any problem, after going through the entire process of tapping the instructions and selecting the photos to down load and on the screen advises me that the photos are downloading, a window pops up stating that the Photo stick is not responding. Please help on this issue. Ether correct this problem or I want to return it for a refund. Thanks David Farley
