Will not do what they claim on tv

my transmission went out on my 2011 Acada I HAD CAR SHIELD INS THEY TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACOUNT EVERY MONTH AND WON'T PAY ONE DIME ON MY CAR TO BE FIXED WE HAVE CALLED THEM AND SOME OF THEM TALK LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO HELP US AND WE SENT IN CLAIMS 3 TIMES...
