Will not buy online again

I placed an order online on June 5, 2018. I received a confirmation number for my order. It is now June 15 and I have not heard anything about a shipping status. I have emailed Customer Service 3 times now and have received no response. I cannot believe that a company that has been around for so long has this kind of "Customer Service". I hope to have time today during my lunch break to actually call the customer service number in the email. I would love to know their excuse for not making customer satisfaction their number one priority. I even had them ship it to my local Claire's store at the mall. If it does not ship today I will be canceling my order. I do not know why I have to type out 100 words minimum for my complaint to be valid. I have said what I needed to say but it will not post unless I type a minimum of 100 words.
