Went there and purchased around $400 worth (a few different transactions)of Halloween decorations...realized I didn't need a tombstone so I initially HONESTLY didn't really look for the ccx receipt I just wanted to exchange it for something else...went to the store to try to exchange it, the cashier was training a new associate which she was not familiar with the company's policy...she called the MOD up to the front after about 10min he comes out just as rude as *** telling me w/o a receipt I cant exchange this for nothing...I was stuck with this...we went back and forth I asked for the corporate number he told me look it up on google...I was so mad I calked him racist he told me this was "his store" and I can get out...I believe I was stereotyped because of my race...As im calling corporate I just so happen to be digging in my glove box and there goes the receipt, I couldn't wait to shove it in his face and everything I purchased from these *** I returned it and blasted t hgv em on social media....I wou lo d never reccomend party city to anyone,shop elsewhere where your dollar is appreciated...they need to train their associates on customer service and train their management team on customer service and professionalism...this would not be the kind of leadership I want running my business...how can you have someone like this in the forefront of your business?...cant wait til the store closes indefinitely...btw this is the LAFAYETTE,LA lication on Johnson st. And the ARROGANT unprofessional *** manager's name is "Lonnie"
