I purchased xmas gifts on 12/11/20 and received half of my order. The initial backpack arrived, the matching lunch box did not along with 5 other items. Regardless I called them yesterday and was told by customer service they will TRY to cancel the items but could not guarantee they can cancel it. Um you haven't even shipped the items why cant you cancel it... anyways long story short I requested to return the backpack since I have no use for it, no matching lunch box and it's 01/13 now so xmas has passed had to buy something else as a present. Now they are saying I cant return the item bc it was on sale. WTF. What a joke of a company. Will never spend money there again. User's recommendation: Buyer beware and dont buy online especially around xmas.
