Will never shop at The Body Shop Again!

Have been a steady customer for many years!! Placed an order 11/18/2017, early to avoid the Black Friday rush, and to avoid missing out on my favorite products that go fast during the holidays. 2 weeks after ordering I realized I had not received my products, so I called and waited on line for 45min to get through to CS. Spoke with a lovely woman who confirmed that my order was received and a label was printed, but the order did not go out for some reason. She assured me the product was still available and the order would go out that day. I waited another 2 weeks, and no product. I called again. this CS agent said that because I ordered during Black Friday, the order was delayed. Obviously that is not true, 11/18, is before Black Friday. She assured me also that the product was still available and it would go out the same day. It did not! I called again and asked to speak to a manager, who was probably the rudest person I have EVER spoken with. She proceeded to tell me that there was no address to the company so that I could send a letter to complain, there was no one above her (so I guess she owns the company), that I could speak with, and to make matters worse, she told me there was nothing she could do because my products were all out of stock, and that I should have ordered earlier. She barely gave me her name, and refused to give me any more information. I have never been treated so rudely, and will Never ever order or shop at the Body Shop again. I will also make sure via social media, that the thousands upon thousand of people I know and the people they know will ever shop there as well. Very sad, because I have always loved the products, but refuse to give an organization my hard earned money if they cant even provide decent customer service. Oh, they felt as though they had done me a great service by returning my money almost 2 months later! Pathetic
