I had a problem with a Toyota – A pleasant girl on thee phone told me is would be approx. 250.00 parts and labor. Which I agreed to. Long story short, I guess the repair was made. A man called later and told me he total bill was approx. 450.00. I told him I was given the price of $250, 00 by a lady agent. He had the nerve to tell me it was $450.00. I said I would wait till the next day and talk with the woman who gave me the original price. He hesitated and then said 350.00. I said no I will wait, He came down on price once again. I said i would still wait. With aggression in his voice he said FINE and hung up. I quickly picked up the car with the 4250 price. I don’t know what went on there, but it sure sounded like scam to me. Will never do business with Arlington Toyota again.
