Will I ever receive an undamaged appliance?

I placed an order for a 4 Piece GE Cafe Kitchen Appliance Suite on December 31, 2020. I understand the whole everything is on backorder because of COVID Blah Blah Blah. Unresponsiveness and poor customer service however - you cannot blame that on Covid. Partial delivery of my appliances (Dishwasher and Refrigerator) was scheduled to be on January 23 - well that day came and went and the delivery never showed up. When I finally got *** of Spirit Logistics Network - the company that GE contracts with for deliveries - they told me that someone should have called me to tell me the refrigerator arrived damaged and was not being delivered. STRIKE 1. Delivery for the partial order - Dishwasher and Refrigerator again - was rescheduled for February 3. That day came, I received the courtesy call from the driver that they would be here in 30 mins. Emptied out the Fridge. They got here and would not bring in the Fridge because I did not remove the railings on the stairs. Was I pissed - you bet. They were not even going to bring up my dishwasher. I basically had to demand that they bring up the dishwasher. I paid for it. Driver dumped the Dishwasher and ran. After he left - I inspected the dishwasher and found that much of the Bitumen was broken off around the bottom of the stainless tub. I called GE to tell them that I wanted a new dishwasher. I'm sorry - but for what I paid for this GE Cafe Dishwasher - I certainly don't want to settle. Obviously if they out the Bitumen on the dishwasher - then mine should have it intact. Replacement dishwasher is now on backorder for an undetermined amount of time..... STRIKE 2. Today - February 9 - was the 3rd scheduling for the delivery of the refrigerator. The drivers from Spirit did not provide a courtesy call - but just showed up. And they already had the SORRY WE MISSED YOU tag ready in hand if I did not get to the door fast enough.... Driver was very nice - came in and saw where the Refrigerator was supposed to go. About 10 minutes later - he calls me outside to show me that the Refrigerator is broken. The Ice and Water Dispenser piece is broken off.... Now, was this previously damaged? or was it intentionally damaged so that it did not have to be brought to the second floor of my townhome? or was this the original refrigerator that Spirit stated arrived damaged? Who knows. All I get is a run around. I have removed the railings from the stairs, emptied my refrigerator 3 times... only to have to put everything back in .... And mind you, I have called GE countless times and have sent them at least 5 emails. STRIKE 3. You can keep using COVID19 as an excuse for incompetence and unresponsiveness - but it's only going to get you so far. While I love the look of GE CAFE appliances and spent somewhere in the vicinity of $9000 for these 4 appliances - I am wondering if it's just time to cut the cord with GE and go with a local appliance store and either go Bosch or Kitchen Aid and have their team of highly skilled and experienced delivery team handle the delivery of my appliances? Being completely ignored and treated like a non-entity is not becoming GE. Spirit Delivery and Distribution Services and your lack of customer service is severely damaging your brand. User's recommendation: Maybe Go with Another More Customer Service Oriented Brand?
