Please , please, please do you research prior to using any of these products. There is currently an ongoing class action lawsuit against this company due to so many people losing mass amounts of hair and developing sores on their head. The reps who sell it will tell you that the lawsuit was dismissed. It absolutely was not, and is still moving through the court system. They will tell you that losing hair is normal, as this is part of the "detox". There is no such thing as hair detox, it's just something they created due to all the complaints.. There were so many complaints against this company to the FDA that they felt they needed to check the facility out and do an inspection.. Their exact worlds in their report was it was "filthy and unsanitary. You can Google his report, that comes straight from the FDA. Furthermore, there is a large Facebook group called "Victims of Hair transformation detox" that shows hundreds of pics of people who lost their hair from using these products.There's also a Facebook page called "Hair Ponzi", that has a lot of great info, including the lawsuit documents. If that's not enough, go read the 1000+ complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, and go watch all the videos on YouTube about this company. Just type in "Monat anti MLM" and you'll see the actual truth. Also, never, ever allow a rep to sign you up themselves, because they're 100% signing you up as a VIP, which means you're on the hook for an auto shipment for 3 months. They love to leave that out and make you believe it's just a one time purchase..If you found yourself in this position, file a complaint on the BBB website or call your bank and get a new card sent to you so they can no longer charge the one they have on file. And be warned, they will charge you a $25 cancellation fee, regardless if the sales rep lied to you or not! Just stay away from being products from these pyramid scheme companies. Such as Monat. Most lie about auto ships, the products are sub par and you can always find better quality for less money in the stores. User's recommendation: Stay far away from this company.
