Dont Bought oct 19,19. Started trying to get some warranty help through the number. No answer and on hold for a total of 3 hrs. Finally got someone obviously working from home. She gave me an email @ Plano synergy. I had her repeat it twice to be sure. Email no good. I get the we will call you back in order of your call, they havent twice. Waiting again. User's recommendation: Don’t buy any cameras. If you do dont expect any customer service.!!!
