You order a wig and pay like your supposed to and then they send you a wig that looks nothing like what you ordered and then tell you that you only have two options...basically pay another $100 to ship it back to them and have them ship out another wig (I'm sure another one you don't want) or you can pay them another $70 and they will make you a new one! Why would anyone pay more money for a product they don't like nor want!!! Total Scam artists...the site says they do refunds but they really don't!
