Wife passed away and took the password

My wife passed away and took the password with her. I called support and was told the wait would be half an hour. I pressed 3 for them to call me back. I got a call from China and it pissed me off I am pretty sure I pressed 1 for Englis. I just need to change it from her email to mine and have them reset the password. If you outsource technical issues ,you are a broke company. I will be changing my thermostat.tpisses me off User's recommendation: If you see Honeywell in your Lowe’s store tell them to run as fast as they can away!
