Why Why

I bought a bolens weedeater about four months ago it seemed to be pretty good for the money.The sixth time i went to use it the pull rope pulled out and will not go back in .A person would think for the money paid they would be built better !!!!! So all i can say is ( WHY ) Lesson learned
