Why were we told we were going to be side by side and we were sat far apart even after telling them when we switched from a cabana to the chairs with the canopy’s that we are disabled and needed assis

I had planned this trip for my father and mom hes disabled and my mom had a triple heart bypass. I had booked a cabana but they only allowed 6 and we were 7, when we arrived to volcano bay we were told that our sitting were not side by side they say my parents far from us what was worse is that my suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and my dad Peripheral Neuropathy and both just sat and didnt get to enjoy the themselves like we planned. Am sad and upset that we paid a lot of money and none of us enjoyed the time like we planned and dreamed of !! Its sad that you were not able to accommodate us so we could be together !
