The window will not go up and down. The spring or what ever holds it up is broken. It took a month for them to look at it and said they would order the part give them 3 weeks. Called them again and they set up a date for the following Tuesday between 8-10 waited no one showed up and no one called.Called and they said sorry didn't get part. Said give them to Friday to get part Now 3 months after the first call and nothing. Poor customer service! Can you resolve this issue
