Why not make customers happy . I bought a DX for drone brand new out-of-the-box it would not charge I thought a bad cable but no I contacted customer service the guy said there was nothing he could do he could replace it for $45 why pay more money for another one one the one I already purchased did not work . Why cut I have not sent the defective drawn back and they replaced it was one that was not defective but I guess I’m not the only one that had to count the losses the company doesn’t care
