I bought a Sony 55TV from your branch in Al Ahsa on the 3rd of July 2019 and asked the staff to send it to your branch in Jubail Industrial City in order to get it from there because I live there . Until now I didn’t get my TV !!! I contacted Mr Asef the manager of Al Ahsa branch but he wasn’t cooperative at all. A staff called Hassan Mohammed called me from Al Ahsa branch and promised me that the Tv will be delivered to my house on Saturday the 20th of July and I agreed and told him that in case they don’t fulfill their promise I will complain. Until now nobody called and no tv delivered!!!!! Even if it is delivered after this email what will compensate for the lost time and the calls costs and the shattered nerves ??Why do you play with customer’s nerves no respect no care no nothing. I hope I hear from someone very soon. Please do your best. Thank you
