On 8-6-19 I show up on time for my 8am scheduled appointment at the Bullhead City Arizona Brake Masters. I scheduled a brake flush 5 days prior. I get there and they tell me I have to wait 45 minutes before they can get to me. Unacceptable. Why make an appointment? The customer service here is inadequate and I will not come back here again. My time is valuable thats why I scheduled an appointment. Ill be contacting the BBB and filing a complaint. Brake Masters sucks!
