Why ithdrawal hasn’t arrived?

HEllo, I had money in my bank account and I made a transfer of 1000 from Binance, the email I received says that the transfer was successful in the amount of 0.0350**** BTC to the address. (Your withdrawal address is 12gUerVpZpeYa8EaeQUJACbnN1U2FDMnEp, txid is 4d2503c9e9644a450939a13ca7dcdca74ed557149bae4372e728bb3be553c0a9.) This happened on 08-07-2021, and until today no transfer was made to the bank account.
