Why is there no response from your company on the matter , why am i treated like this as a long term customer ?

Dear Sir, to whom it may concern, or Mr. Punam acording to our telephone conversation i am forewarding you the bill below and the following details: I purchased 3 pots through Amazon , please see bill below. All 3 pots have been with fault, bad quality. I made a request for exchange to proper quality (as i use their pots since more then 15 years, which i allways had bought in the shops in Chennai in very good quality).The ViNOD company representative (forgot his name, but 903529****is his telephone no. and see picture below) to whom i was referred said, that if you buy online , they give you faulty items, of less quality. He said at that point, that it is no problem and he would exchange the pots for proper quality. But i should come to meet him in Bangalore , or go to any of his shops, as my place is in Andra Pradesh, and he did not want to send the pots there by parcel service. I told him that i am not often their and it might take time, he said it would be no problem, even if we do it later, as I am a foreign national, and i do stay every year only about 6 month in India, and had to go back to my country soon. Finally after some month we found a date to meet in Bangalore to exchange the faulty pots, and i was already there in Bangalore, and then he phoned before the meeting and said he has no stock and would not meet me. Some weeks later he met me near Bangalore and brought some pots which were again faulty and of minor quality, and so he took all with and said he will take care. Then i often called him and asked about the matter, he did not follow up. Time went by and i had to travel again and he did not respond anymore After that he did not want to follow his duty and neither exchange or give back my two pots (out of 3 which he now had taken with him, because we wanted to save as the parcel sending forth and back ), telling “that he was not offered a glas of water by me and thats why he feels the right to withhold my pots “ ( may be he is not quite right in his brain ) So this is a complaint against this company representative , who is not willing to follow his duty and exchange the faulty items, but additionally has taken 2 pots of mine with him, and does not want to give them back to me. In fact he has betrayed me, stolen these 2 pots from me. Please be so kind to take proper action against this person, who should not work with any customer at all, he is a criminal. If you wish i can try to foreward the whatsapp conversation with this ViNOD company representative (forgot his name, but 903529**** is his phone no. Please let me know how to get my 2 pots back from him and also get a quality product . Photo on 27-02-20 at 17.15.jpg Dear Sir, i am getting very tired of your companis way af dealing with regular 20 year customers After you seemed to have put to have put the man in place, see below, he wanted the banking details for refunding of the pots he had taken with him. it was given to him immedeately, but no response, no transfer. The man keeps on playing his dirty tricks, and / or is utterly incapable of doing a proper job. Please let me have the contact to his senior manager, i would like to inform him about the unbaerably behaviour of this man towards long term customers who did like your companies products a lot before this man spoils everything. please let me have your personal reply on that also, since i do not trust that anything responsible will follow from the man. sincerely Manfred Dopfer
