Why is my account cancel and no box after you charged my bank??

I logged into my account to make my choice and shop pop up but my account says I need to deactivate?!? I never canceled my account and have been charged for August box, which has not been shipped. I need my account put back to active and my august box. Otherwise I am due a refund.
