why has my account been suspended?

I'm trying to find out why my ip has been blocked and how do I get it unblocked. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or if this is a mistake. I have used hoobly for years now and would like to continue doing so. I use it for selling my min pin puppies and I have used it before to sell boxer puppies. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
