Bought a chair which was supposed to be delivered between 9:00-2:00. At 1:30 I called the company to find out where the truck was since I had to go to work - someone had to sign for it. The company couldn't contact the drivers and I eventually had to leave. The job these people did was pathetic and made my experience with Costco bad. Costco needs to find a better company to work with - are there any left in this country?
