Why do we have to make the decision now?

We had a presentation today and there are quite a few interesting aspects in this deal but investing at least $32900 needs at least a day to review numbers, check on reviews etc. I asked for one day and was answered either I sign immediately or there is no dealer all. This is at least fishy. Who does that?
