Why do I no longer receive the things included in my lifetime membership?

I have not received any of the items included in my "Premier Life Membership" for quite some time. There should be monthly magazines, special offers on products, free samples to try and review, etc. I paid a lot of money for this membership. I need some answers!!!!!!!! User's recommendation: Do "NOT" join unless you check them out thoroughly.
