I’ve used a few medical supply companies and both have all the same issues - there seems to be a systemic problem and is quite puzzling when the customers are all in critical need of medical supplies and the problems we experience getting them and in incompetence we deal with is like none other I have experienced. My husband who uses ostomy supplies and has me as his advocate in dealing with Edgepark at this time. I feel for elderly who have no one to assist them in their nightmares in getting supplies.
